These are not biscotti, these are just dry & hard brownies. Sorry, I didn't like the result.

I'm eating one of these as we speak and they are yummy, they are the perfect dryness, not too hard or too chewy.

These are my husband's favorites! I had never made biscotti before and this recipe was definitely a hit! Who knew I could even make biscotti??! My Italian in-laws even raved about them when I made them over the holidays! A definite keeper for us!

I was a bit disappointed after reading the wonderful reviews. The cooking time should be reduced as others stated. They came out much to hard, even for biscotti, however the flavor is good, so I will try again.

These are awesome! Though, I have to admit, they taste better "soft" as opposed to slicing them and baking them the extra 15 minutes per side.

very, very chocolately! yum! i added candied cherries instead of walnuts and a little extract. my boyfriend loved them. great for chocolate lovers! i'm going to keep this as my base recipe for chocolate biscotti and add extra flavors as i see fit. next time i'm going to try chocolate mint chips.

Good! I made some changes, but the recipe is a good basic starting point. I think it is possible to play with this recipe to your liking. Watch the time and temp. I did slice once warm enough to handle---no crumbles. Will make again.

These biscotti are great! I keep them on hand all the time now. I use melted semi-sweet squares on the flat side instead of mini chips, and I don't use the egg wash. I don't always have nuts, but they taste just as good without. I reduce the first bake time to 15 minutes and the second and third to 6 minutes each. They always come out perfect for me and don't crumble using a sharp chef's knife. These biscotti have just the right amount of sweetness and chocolate flavor and are just the thing with a cup of hot coffee! Thanks, Linda for this recipe.

These are GR8! My husband and girls really enjoyed them. These were gone the 3 times I made them and I don't even get them cooled! I made some for our new neighbors and they loved them too! I left out the nuts and added more chocolate chips instead. WONDERFUL!!! True brownie flavor!

This is a VERY good Biscotti, almost as good as my recipe for M&M-Oatmeal Biscotti. Although I changed this recipe, by the ingredient listed, it turned out alot better than I thought it would! I used oil instead of butter,Wheat flour instead of white flour.2 eggs and no water.

Excellent! A bit crumbly when I cut them into slices but I think I just need to reduce the first cooking time to 15 - 20 minutes instead of the 25 minutes I did this time.

Excellent! Such wonderful chocolate taste. I cut the sugar in half to 1/3 cup since I don't like cookies too sweet, and the people at work raved about them. Thanks for sharing!
