I wanted to love this salad. But I didn't. Neither did anyone else at the party - common response was it's different, or it's okay. No one loved it. I probably won't make it again.

Too sweet and too vinegary. It probably only needs half of the dressing this calls for.

This was a huge hit at my family picnic. I thought the raspberry vinegar would be too sweet, so I used store bought balsamic dressing instead. I also sprinkled on some blue cheese crumbles, which complemented the dish well. Fabulous recipe!

Tonight was the second time that I've made this salad and it's delicious! The first time it was a little sweet so I decreased the raspberry vinegar to about 4 tbsp. and added a splash of balsamic vinegar (maybe a tablespoon) and it was perfect this time!

Awesome salad. I took this to a potluck and everyone loved it. I added a few extra cranberries and pecans, but otherwise I followed the recipe as written.
