pretty good recipe, although much better w/ added vanilla (2 tsp,) and cinnamon (1/2tsp.). i used 5 tbsp oats and 5 tbsp ground flax seed. i also only used 1/4 c brown sugar (i don't necessarily recommend, just trying to cut back on sugar) and it was great. i personally prefer it that way. thanks for sharing!
oh, this makes only 5 medium pancakes, but they are quite hearty.
