I wish you could give 4.5 stars. I really liked the meatloaf. However, I thought the ketchup on top was too sweet. My son thought this was perfect and I couldn't keep him out of it.

Great!! the whole family loved it. Definitley reduce the amount of milk in the recipe to 1/4 to 1/2 cup. Also works great with ground turkey.

This is the best recipe ever! I've made it about 6 times now, I did it again last night, but didn't have crackers or an onion so I substituted Italian Bread Crumbs, and half a red bell pepper and 4 large chopped mushrooms! The best yet, still could have used an onion though :)

The Ketchup and sugar have to go on top or it just doesn't work as well, but otherwise it is a very good recipe!

First off, I would have taken a picture, but it was so good and my family and i ate all of it!! i took some advice from reviewers and made mini loves. It was such a great idea to make mini's. I read it wrong and only used 1lb of ground beef but still same amount of the other ingredients besides the eggs, I only used one(1). It was sooo yummy! i plan to make it at my friends this weekend when I go out of town!

I use ground turkey or hamburger-whichever I have on hand. The ketchup mixture makes a great glaze, and bread on the bottom of the pam soaks up the grease. If you are short on time, make meatloaf muffins. My fiance always jokes about them, but has no problem finishing them off!

The recipe itself is so easy to follow that my five year old son did almost all of it following my instructions. It has a good flavor...but it is the only meatloaf recipe I have ever had to drain. If I used this recipe again, I would put the ketchup and brown sugar on top.

this was soooo good! i would have given it 4.5 stars if i could. i did like the others suggested and added 2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce. the taste was perfect! the meat was delish, the ONLY thing i didnt like was that there wasnt enough sauce. my husband said to put this on the menu so next time i make it ill double the brown sugar and katchup (and worcestershire sauce). thanks for a really great recipe, im sure this will be one that my own kids will ask for when they are all grown up :)

As is, the recipe is just ok. With the following additions, it's pretty good: 2 slices cheap bread in bottom of pan to absorb fat; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 tsp. cumin; dash cayenne pepper. As other cooks, I mixed the brown sugar and ketchup and used it as a glaze.

Very yummy! I made a double batch and froze some. Will definately be making this again - a nice twist on traditional meatloaf.

I like this recipe a lot and my husband really likes the flavor of the sauce (he's a sweets lover - ketchup on everything, etc.) Without adding or changing any ingredients I tweaked the quantities a tad as per some of the other reviews and I've made this several times all with rave reviews! Thanks tangastar!

Fabulous recipe. So easy!! I too made some mods to the recipe. But I wanted to offer another option; Diana's Sauce. You can use almost any flavour of Diana's Sauce as your glaze. It contains all the ingredients listed as well as ones other reviewer's suggested. We always add sauteed mushrooms, celery and onion tot he meat mixture. It's to die for!!!
