Great recipe! I have already made it twice and I love it. I took the other members' suggestions and added teriyaki sauce the second time I made it, it certainly added some nice extra flavor. Thanks for sharing!

This was delicious stir fry. I eat this as a vegetable main dish. I sliced the carrots instead of shredded and added them at the same time as the zucchini. I also used canned mushrooms at that was fine. I will definitely be making this again!

I didn't really care for this. I don't know what I did wrong? I didn't have the cabbage but bulked up the other vegetables. Maybe cabbage is a neccessary ingredient in this dish, but don't know how? It had no flavor, which I should have assumed, as there were no seasonings other than a couple Tblsp. of soy sauce. I tried to fix it by adding a cooked chicken breast and some onion salt. It was better, but still too many textures and limited flavor. I really wanted to like this a lot.

A great, colorful, healthy dish! No cabbage in the house, but I chopped a bunch of zucchini, onion, and carrot in a small dice, and threw in some peas so that it looked like confetti. Also used leftover pork tenderloin chopped in the same small dice to make it a meal. My husband and I really enjoy this dish. Whenever I make pork tenderloin, I will set aside a portion so that we can have this meal the next day! Yum.

I used this more as the basis for a stir-fry dish, as I omitted some things and added others, including diced marinaded pork to appease my carnivorous family. It turned out really well!

This was okay, but nothing spectacular. Will probably not make again.
