My toddler loved this! So, it's a kepper in my recipe box. Beware there will be lots of left overs!

Delicious, fast, easy to make, and good for you! Is there anything else you need? I added Tony Chechere's cajun seasoning to spice it up a little bit.

This was great!! I added ground turkey and increased the chili powder. Hubby has said VERY GOOD several times so it rates 5 stars. For 2 definitely makes enough for leftovers and expect it will freeze well for a quick dinner later.

Yummy and so readily customized as shown by the comments. We add guacamole and after dinner just sit around with our full tummies!

Just OK. I found it very dry and bland, so I played around and added lots more chili powder and a can of diced tomatoes. It is still missing something, and hardly spicy at all. I will definitely make it again, but I will keep playing around with it. I think the other reviewers suggestion of a squeeze of lime juice would really make a difference.

This is a great meal and for 2 it leaves lots of leftovers for the week! I used sour cream instead of yogurt and whole wheat tortillas as well.

Absolutely delicious. I added a couple of squeezes of fresh lime and salt, and let the rice/bean mixture cook for a few extra minutes before making the burritos. The lime added the "zing" that was missing. Also, lite sour cream works better!

My flat loved this - there are six fully satisfied uni students lazing around our house in a burrito induced stupor at the moment. Sadly we couldn't get our hands on black beans (not that common in New Zealand) so I used chilli beans and added couple of fresh chopped tomatoes, spoon of tomato paste and some paprika to the rice mix. We kinda went a bit overboard with some refried beans and awesome homemade guac - I even made my own tortillas! Fantastic!

This was great! Kids loved it! I was out of chili powder, so I used a little extra cumin and paprika. Will make again! Kids always enjoy assembling their own dinner!

This was fantastic!!! My husband and I both loved it! I had some leftover cooked hamburger meat and plain brown rice I used in the recipe and it was great! It was frugal but didn't taste like it at all. You could also add cooked chicken or pork or just plain keep it vegetarian...we will use this monthly from now on!!

This dish was unbelieveable. Maybe because I'm a HUGE brown rice and black bean fan. It was so yummy, i didn't even feel the need to use the tortilla.
