This recipe is for great dinner rolls that can also double as sandwich bread. An egg white wash ensures a golden crust.

These big round rolls are baked in soup bowls. The dough is very moist so the rolls are very tender. They're great for sandwiches.

These are great-tasting wheat rolls made with olive oil, regular bread flour, and whole wheat flour. This recipe happened one night when I was making white Italian rolls, and I ran out of flour. All I had left was wheat flour, and luckily for me, it worked out well.

This is a yummy recipe for a light wheat roll that I keep in my special book of most liked recipes. It is a little more work than most bread recipes, but I like that I can make these, partially bake, and then finish baking the rolls anytime I need them.

This recipe makes a huge batch of lightly-sweetened wheat rolls. Because the dough keeps in the refrigerator up to a week, you can just use what you need every night for absolutely fresh-baked dinner rolls.

Save time by letting your bread machine knead the dough for these hearty, chewy rolls with a wonderful golden crust. 'They're the best eaten the day they're baked or frozen for later,' Donna adds.
