I tried this recipe a few times and with some minor short cuts its five stars! Cut the chicken into strips before breading and browning and add to the pasta before simmering. A new family favorite.

One of the absolute best dishes I have every enjoyed. We make it at least once every two months, more if it were up to me. Do not be scared off by the amount of garlic. Makes a mess, but well worth it !

I think this was a lovely recipe. I messing up a couple times, I ended up using the entire 1/2 cup olive olive with the tomatoes. It was a slight bit greasy but I still think ok. I also only used 1/2 t of the red pepper flakes in the sauce which was still too much for my pansy a$$ husband. I thought it was delicious. I was afraid to mix the beautifully golden and crispy chicken pieces in with the pasta so I served it on the side, but I think if you waited til the last minute it would be ok and give the chicken pieces a bit of moisture. I loved this.

Very good! I like the amount of spice that the sauce has. My guests enjoyed the meal and I will definitely make it again.

I did everything the recipe called for except I used chicken tenders instead of cutlets and used seasoned bread crumbs on top of adding the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Also, I didn't add the chicken to the sauce, just mixed the noodles into the sauce and placed the chicken on top of pasta to keep them crunchy. I personally am not too fond of tomatoey sauces but this was really Yummy! The sauce had heat but not too hot, even my 11 year old who hates hot stuff liked it, even went back for seconds. The whole family loved it! I will make this again soon!

This is one of my favorite dishes! My husband eats this until he can't eat anymore! I use less crushed pepper because I'm not big on spicy foods, and if I don't feel like defrosting chicken and cooking it seperate, I use frozen breaded chicken tenderloins/strips right out the bag and it tastes GREAT! You have to give this recipe a try!

Good dish! I love using fresh herbs but next time I'll save the $2.00 I spent on fresh basil and use dried basil instead because the red pepper flakes over power the basil anyway and you can't really taste it very much. I used farfalle (bowtie) pasta and prefer that with this dish since I have so many recipes with penne, ziti, & mosscachioli, which are all (pretty much) the same hollow tubes. I also added a few TBSP of red wine to the sauce and topped with fresh shredded parmesan cheese before serving. Will make again, but not often.

I thought this was pretty good but my family thought it was too spicy. The chicken was really good though. I've cooked that separately from this dish and it is always yummy.

This recipe was delicious, but not quite what I was looking for. I have been looking for a restaurant style arrabiata dish, and this one is as close as I have gotten so far though.

Great sauce! I've had some trouble with the breading sticking to the chicken (usually falls off in the sauce), but it's a quality recipe.

This was excellent! I just moved from Italy, and was missing my favorite dish, penne arrabiata. This recipe was just like the home made pasta sauce from the Italian trattorias we ate at in Vicenza. Thank you so much for posting this!
