A really good and easy dish that everyone liked. Chicken was tasty and juicy. I would also suggest making more sauce. I didn't, but had a spicy, canned variety in the back on the cupboard that I added. I will definetly make this again. Thanks!

What a great recipe for a night when I had NO idea what I was going to make! This calls for basic pantry staples, is quick and easy, and tastes great! I only had a 14.5 oz. can of tomatoes, so I doubled the tomato sauce and added some oregano. Eve with only one can of diced tomatoes, it had great texture and flavor! My husband is very particular about his pasta sauce, and this was a hit with him. This recipe is definitely being added to my recipe box for future use.

OK. As a fellow girl from Canarsie Brooklyn, I have to say that this recipe is a great representation of Italian cooking from Canarsie Brooklyn. As a child, I too learned how to make Italian food. This recipe is spectacular though because it is simple and most importantly, quick! Very tasty and very delicious. The only thing I have to say is DOUBLE THE RECIPE. It will be a huge success. I like to provide parmesan cheese. It doesn't really need it but it's a nice touch.

awesome dish!! My family loved this very authentic. One change I made was to use fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic, basil and olive oil. I also added hot italian sausage on the side.I will def. make this over and over again!!

This recipe is a winner. The DH(who doesnt really like chicken) and the three teenage boys in the house have gobbled this up both times I have made it. Any leftovers have been gone by the next day. Inexpensive enough to make this on the regular meal rotation.

This is a simple but great recipe that I use. Not every time I dip the chicken in the egg & bread crumbs, since sometimes I don't want the crispiness! Works either way. I did put sausage & shimp to this recipe which was sort of like a jambalaya! Switch it up & get a little crazy.

Very good. A bit spicy. But beware. You must have at least three good burners to do this. It's all stovetop. You need a pasta pot, and two saute deep pans, one for sauce, one for chicken. Personally, my stovetop has one good burner, the other three are not as hot OR BIG. It was a geographical nightmare.. moving pots around. DEFINITELY cut in half the bread crumb mixture and egg. What a waste.

In my first attempt at this it turned out very bland tasting. I may play with the spices a bit. I love the colour, texture and ingredients, I just want more flavour.

this was so good. i used dried basil in place of the fresh. and i served the chicken on the side. i also used 1/2 the red pepper flakes, so that my 3 year old would eat it.

The chicken was incredible. I substituted bread crumbs with cornflakes and it came out healthier and even more delicious. My favorite chicken recipe!!!

Easy and tasty. I don't eat meat, and my husband does, so I kept the chicken separate and put it on top of his pasta, instead of mixing it all together. I put in a little bit less red pepper so that my two year old would eat it.

I liked it, and my guests seemed to like it, but it wasn't the best pasta sauce I've ever had. I did enjoy snacking on the chicken, though, as it came out of the olive oil.

FANTASTIC!! We cut the chicken in strips before frying and used fettucini instead of penne. The recipe is great and yes, you really need to add those garlic cloves.

I'm not a huge fan of marinara sauces (either from a jar or in resturants), but I CRAVE this sauce. THis recipe is a keeper!

My husband LOVES this pasta! Seriously, don't change a thing if you make this. It's fresh and flavorful and a wee bit spicy. This has become a staple in our house!

This was very good!! I changed a couple of things to make it a little healthier - I cut the chicken into tenders and baked them instead of frying. I also reduced the oil a little and only used 1/2 tsp of red pepper because of DD. My husband said it wasn't spicy enough however. Although everyone agreed I should make this again!! Thanks for sharing.
