This is a quote from my son who is a VERY fuzzy eater! "This dish was amazing … the chicken was awesome" We all totally loved this. I will make this forever, and not change a thing! Thanks for a great new recipe.

This was easy to make and took me a total of 45 minutes from start to sitting at the table. my husband said it may have been the best thing i have ever made and tasted like it came from an italian restaurant. i didn't put the red pepper flakes in (because i didn't have any on hand). very tasty and i will def. make it again.

I liked this a lot. It's a cool alternative to spaghetti especially if you don't eat red meat. The breading on the chicken makes it. You can about 1/2 the amount of pasta.

I made this exactly as the recipe was written, except that I used a full 8 oz. of tomato sauce (I didn't want to waste the other half of the can). Like other reviewers, I didn't need a full 2 cups of bread crumbs for the chicken. It was very good, very flavorful and the rest of the family liked it as well. Thanks for the great recipe!

This was wonderful, and probably would have been even better if I had used fresh basil instead of dried, but I was out of fresh basil, as the recipe calls for. The chicken was so good before I added it to the tomato sauce that I almost stopped right there. Fantastic!!

This was a great recipe! I followed it pretty much just as it is written and my whole family loved it. I had my in-laws over and it was a hit with them too!! I served it with a Spring Salad - perfect combo. Will definitely make this one again.

Absolutely delicious! I followed a few other reviewers and served my chicken on top of the pasta, it was great. I didn't think that it was spicy at all and my husband who doesn't tolerate heat to well said that it was delicious as well! Will be added into the rotation

I really understand why this received so many good reviews. This was very time consuming and wasn't worth the effort, time, and clean up. I added one full teaspoon of the chilli paste - used paste instead of flakes - and it was definitely spicy but it's a good thing because the recipe was so bland otherwise. I also added sliced mushrooms which added some depth but it's the chopped tomatoes that really ruin this recipe. Tomato sauce would have been a better choice especially will pasta like penne which lacks flavor and needs something more moist to add to it. I also added soy cheese but even that couldn't save this recipe. The breaded chicken is a good idea but served on the side, not in the pasta. I won't make this again. My husband wasn't a fan and I couldn't eat it so it was a waste for us.

This dish was amazing! I made it for my hubby and an Italian friend of his who stopped by and we were all wowed! It is the kind of dish you would expect to get at a really great neighborhood Italian restaurant!I did not add the chicken to the sauce as I wanted it to stay crispy so I just tossed the sliced cutlets in just before serving. Also I did use fresh garlic and basil which I am sure took this from good to Great status! To those that don't keep fresh basil in the house you can also buy freeze dried basil which my local market sells in a jar found near the fresh basil in the produce section. It keeps in the refrigerator and is a good as fresh once it hits liquid. This will definitely be in my recipe rotation and is destined to be an all time fave!

Delicious! I made this without the chicken for a lighter meal but it's wonderful all on its own. When I was buying the ingredients I ended up purchasing all organic ingredients which only improved the recipe. In the future I think I'll try adding a vegetable, maybe zucchini.

This was super!! This will go into rotation for sure! I just made a couple slight changes. I used dried basil because I had no fresh and I served the chicken on top because as soon as I put a slice in the sauce, the wonderful crispy crust fell off.
