Loved it. Did not add red peeper flakes at all because of my kids. (They don't like heat). And was still a hit.

I have made this 3 times now and it is delicious!!! I add mozarella at the end so it becomes a version of chicken cutlet parmagiana! I keep meaning to add spinach as I think it would be a great addition and get some vegetables in there.

I am ashamed of myself that I had this recipe in my recipe box for the past 3 Years and never tried it until today. It was incredible, everyone loved it and the next time, I am going to double the recipe because the five of us left the bowl empty!! I made it exactly and sprinkled a little fresh parsley and fine mozzarello on top. They requested a side order to go with tomorrow's meal. Thanks for sharing.

This reciped was fantastic! Next time I make this, and there will be a next time, I will cut the red pepper by half. It was too hot for me but the rest of the family didn't complain because they were too busy eating...loved it!

I love this recipe, I think its my favorite from this site. Definately resturant quality! I cut back a little on the red pepper but other than that I follow the recipe. Thanks for taking the time to share this one!

I thought this was okay, not remarkable in any way though. I did have trouble keeping the coating on the chicken, and the coating was the best part so losing it definitely had a negative effect.

I found that the coating on the chicken would not stay on, the temperature for the stove was too high and the cooking time for the chicken was too long. I cooked my chicken on medium heat for five minutes. When I went to turn it over I found that the coating that was left was burned to . I ended up throwing the whole thing out and ordering pizza. I would not attempt this again.

The seasonings in this dish were a lot better than I expected, and the flavours melded together well. This was a nice pasta meal for me and my husband to enjoy after a hard day of work.

Really very good, I took other suggestions and cut the chicken up before I breaded and fried it, I used 2 chicken breasts and they soaked up most of the sauce so next time I will only use 1 and this will make a very inexpensive meal for 2 or 3

Tastes like a restaurant arrabiata pasta dish! My teenagers (mom's guinea pigs) loved this but requested a variation for next time. They wanted me to top it with the chicken, maybe just grilled rather than breaded or maybe italian sausage.

We tried this exactly as written, with the one exception being I sliced the chicken before frying, and it is fantastic! Just the right amount of heat/spicyness, and minimal prep work!

Excellent - a KEEPER! I tweaked a bit as suggested by others (more sauce, cut chicken before frying). Next time will try adding an add'l small can of diced tomato (this time I added about a cup of leftover jar sauce, and made a little less penne. Still slightly too hot for me, but my husband loved it). I used 2 large eggs and had leftover egg, probably 2 medium eggs would work. Used 1/2 cup less breadcrumbs, still had leftover. Thanks Brooklyn Girl!

I loved this - it was spicy, not too creamy, not too runny and the fried chicken recipe is perfect for this pasta dish! I increased the garlic and reduced the amount of oil in the sauce). Great recipe!

It wasn't bad, but not exceptional. I would really rate this as a 3 1/2 star recipe. A fair amount of cooking for a lukewarm reception. My daughter, who adores this sort of thing didn't even comment, let alone have seconds. :(
