INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, and cream. Mix in coconut and chopped nuts.
  2. Spread icing over cooled cake. Place cake under broiler for 2 minutes or until bubbly.
