Lemon and rosemary go perfect together! I did this on the grill instead of in the broiler. I also left out the cayenne - it just doesn't belong here. I scored the zucchini and rubbed the butter mixture inside. It grilled perfectly.

Wonderful fresh flavor. We really enoyed his side dish. The lemon was a nice touch. Thanks for the recipe!

Yum! I just started liking zucchini recently and appreciated this recipe for it completely. I love the combo of lemon, rosemary, and zucchini. The parts I liked best were the ones that got charred, so I recommend some good char stripes!

This is a great - and different - way to do zucchini. Perfect blend of butter, lemon, green onion and rosemary. No salt needed, in my opinion. Just watch your zucchini carefully so it doesn't get too done. ;) Thanks for the recipe!

This turned out really well for me. I used my grill pan rather than the broiler & used orange rind/juice instead of lemon because that's what I had. I'll use lemon next time because the orange was a little too subtle. Great dish!:o)

Found that the recipe lacked flavor and squash became a little mushy. I liked it better than my wife, but seems it could have used sea salt and twice as much rosemary.
