The mayo topping in this recipe gives some much-needed flavor to an otherwise rather bland fish. I had difficulty turning the fish over and felt it could have benefited from another minute or two of cooking. However, my husband loved it, so I'll definitely be making this again. Be sure to use shredded parmesan cheese rather than the finely grated -- the texture and better flavor will improve the taste.

This was very good and tastey. I am not a big fish eater but I cook it for my husband and eat it too when we have it. I was very pleased with it and will have it again. I made it as directed except to use celery seed instead of celery salt.

My only gripe is that I don't think I made enough of the cheese mixture. There wasn't much flavor to it.

The sauce was super fantastic! Everybody in my family loved it. I added a 1/4 tsp. of Paprika and thats all I changed. I also used frozen fillets so I just followed the directions on the back of the package and I put the sauce on the fillets with around 10-15 mins left and it was just perfect.

I made this last night for my husband and myself and it was AWESOME!!! I have been looking for a great way to make Tilapia and this is IT! :) Like other reviewers mentioned, I added Old Bay Seasoning to the fish before broiling it. Next time I think i will add the bread crumbs to the mix so that it will stick better to the fish! LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!!

This has a unique, delicious flavor that complements any flaky, white fish. I used tilapia, and I also tried it with turbot. Both were excellent!!!

I am giving it only 4 stars because I did change the recipe some. I added breadcrumbs and coated the fish in minced garic and olive oil.

I actually enjoyed this. I made a few changed though. I used lime, no celery salt or pepper. I used the parmesan cheese in the bottle for the mix and put cheddar jack mix on top. And it was lovely.

I hadn't had Tilapia in a while and i must say this was a wonderful way to reintroduce my self. I scaled the measurements for the cheese mixture down because I was only cooking for two ! but everything still turned out great

I really enjoyed this one. I added garlic croutons and celery seed as other have suggested and used. This turned out good. I didn't use real lemon juice. I will decrease the amount of lemon next time.

This was excellent. I made it just as instructed, except I used low-fat mayo. I've also made with asiago cheese, which was awesome.

Very Flavorful recipe! I added garlic powder and paprika per some of the other suggestions, plus I altered the cooking directions. Instead of broiling the fish, I made a foil packet, sprayed it to prevent sticking, and covered the fillet with the cheese topping. It took about 15-20 min on 350 degrees.

This was an amazing recipe, I left out the celery salt and dried basil and added chili flakes and garlic powder instead.

I made this the other evening for dinner. We liked it very much. The only change I made was to add a Tablespoon of capers the the sauce before pouring on fish. Yum!
