"Super easy way to make great salmon. The uniform thickness of the pinwheels makes broiling super easy and the pinwheel allows the seasoning to saturate the fish. Good balsamic makes the difference in the flavor. Presentation is great!" — ZELDA3333

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound skinless salmon fillet, cut into 6 - 3/4 inch strips
coarsely ground black pepper
This was great!!! Imade as written except I cooked on the grill. My hubby who is not a salmon fan even loved it.
This dish is simple and sooo good! I didn't change a thing on this one but will add a little more balsamic vinegar and broil the salmon in a smaller dish.

My Husband found it a little dry. I think it certainly needs some oil.
