While the turn out wasn't terrible, I wouldn't make this again. It was a lot of work for something so simple. Frying them and dipping in sauce would be the same or better.

These are so easy and good! My husband was impressed because I had never cooked pork chops before. 5 year old daughter even loved them.

HAPPY VALENTINE”S DAY – These are excellent pork chops; however, I will make them a little spicier next time. I had no ketchup so I used 1/2 chili sauce and 1/2 medium ‘Old El Paso’ salsa (which I will do next time). I also grilled the chops on medium for about 16 minutes, instead of broiling. I marinated the chops in the sauce along with rubbing in Caribbean Jerk Rub before cooking and then flip and spread the sauce on top every 4 minutes. After 16 minutes I put the grill on high, put the chops off to the side and put the remainder of the sauce on top. I served these with sauerkraut and “Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic” from this web site. OH BOY!!! Perfect Valentine’s Day meal. Also, instead of ‘Old El Paso’ salsa I will probably try ‘La Mexicana’ medium salsa next time which is a fresh, non cooked salsa.

I loved them, but they were to sweet for my husband. I used apple cider vinegar, and half the ketchup, and my favorite barbaque sauce. They were really juicy!! I will make again for me. Thanx

This was an excellent recipe. I was looking for something different to do with pork and this was perfect. Although the sauce was a little ketchupy, it reminded me of A1 steak sauce. My whole family loved it. Even my very picky hubby.

Awesome pork chops! I made the mistake and used huge pork chops so it took a long time to broil :( My wife and I will get lots of mileage out of this recipe.

I must admit that I was disappointed with this recipe. Tasted too much like ketchup for my families likes.

This was very good and made a surprisingly tender chop. I love pork, but it is often too tough to eat. This was great...
