Broccolini with Ginger Aioli

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) bunch Mann's Broccolini®
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, crushed
  • vermouth
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Fill a large saucepan with 3 cups water and boil. Add 1 bunch of Mann's Broccolini and boil for 3 min. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add the Broccolini and the 2 teaspoons crushed ginger.
  2. Saute, stirring to coat, 1 minute. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook 2 -3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Splash Broccolini with vermouth and serve at once.
