I LOVED this! It added a nice amount of flavor to the broccoli and it wasn't too sweet. I used low sugar marmalade and it was perfect! I'll for sure be making this again.

Oh my god!! This was wonderful. Don't put to much on the broccoli or it will be too sweet. I added chopped almonds but think I'll do toasted slivered almonds next time.

I made this broccoli last night as a side dish with some salmon. I used 1/2 lb of broccoli and the full amount of butter sauce. I did change the sauce slightly, but only by adding more ground ginger, some salt and pepper. The end result was pretty good - but we found it a bit on the sweet side. I may make this again, but probably will serve it with something really savory!
