Pretty good, although it was a touch on the "too salty" side.

I loved it! I didn't have any cashews, so I used almond slivers and it was really good. I'm looking forward to trying it with cashews.

This sauce was pretty tasty and the cashews added a nice texture. I reduced the butter by more than half and added a 1/4 tsp more of brown sugar.

I cooked for my boyfriend and two of our friends the night I tried this recipe out. Delicious! We all loved it. The cashews were such a creative and yummy touch. Next time I'll make more of the sauce, because I used so much broccoli that it ran out.

Great!! Everyone loved it...even the "non" broccoli eaters. I've made it twice and the second time I was asked to make extra. I doubled the recipe and I still didn't have any leftovers. Definitely a keeper.

We loved the flavor of the sauce!! I only used 1/4 c. butter and that was plenty. I also substituted toasted slivered almonds in place of the cashews. I was a little disappointed that when I poured the sauce over the broccoli I ended up with lots of watery sauce in the bottom of the bowl and not much on the broccoli. Next time I will toss the cooked broccoli into the skillet with the sauce at the end to cook off any water that is trapped in the broccoli heads (or I may try steaming the broccoli instead of boiling it).

Made this recipe as side dish for salmon one night for me and my boyfriend and it has become a regular. We LOVE it! Sometimes I will make extra sauce and mix the broccoli with some rice and chicken to make an entire meal. I have found you can use way letter butter (I use Light Smart Balance and its still great). Of cource, we always add tons of cashews. SO yummy! Highly recommend!

So easy and fast and delicious. My 20-month-old ate and ate and ate this stuff up :) I had all four burners going with other items so I put all the ingredients (except the cashews) for the sauce into the microwave and did it that way. Also used steam-microwave broccoli b/c I didn't have time to do fresh and it was all still perfect. Double yum!

I loved this recipe! My fiancee that is was a very nice change to our usual steamed broccoli. I halved the amount of butter the recipe called for and used olive oil instead. Also, I am allergic to cashews so we added chopped almonds. They were very tasty. Thanks for a great recipe!
