very good =) i added the milk slowly while stirring in case it would become soupy as some others stated was an issue. add more or less depending on your texture choice. i used what the recipe called for and it came out just right-not soupy at all. great side dish and awesome for a potlock dish. i used a 1/2 block velveeta = 1 lb and it turned out yummy, thank you!

Have made this recipe twice. Very good - well liked by my family. I did double the rice, the broccoli & the cauliflower. Used grated cheddar cheese and did not use as much as recipe called for. Makes a lot of food but reheats beautifully.

Very easy recipe. I used a cup of rice instead of a 1/2 cup. I also used The processed cheese in the jar. Easier to work with and to cook with.

I couldn't stop eating it before I even baked it in the oven! I made this days in advance and froze it before I put the crackers on top. Defrosted in the fridge the night before I needed it, cooked according to directions after toping with crackers!

This was wonderful! I took a shortcut and used a bag of frozen California blend vegetables but followed the rest of the directions as is. Everyone at my work loved it and I ended up having to bring several copies of the recipe to work the next day!

I've made this twice - first as is and second with some changes because it was too rich and too good not to eat more than once a year. I steamed fresh veggies; used half butter, half olive oil and used 2 cloves of garlic with the onion; used low sodium cream of chicken; used 8 oz sharp cheddar; sprinkled cheese on top and skipped the crackers. Also sprinkled some dried thyme and basil into the mixture. Next time I will add some ham and some other veggies as well. Now I won't feel guilty serving this once a month.

This was fabulous! Made it exactly as the recipe was written. However, I think that this recipe is way to fattening to eat more than once or twice a year. Goes great with a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

EXCELLENT recipe. I don't like onions so I sauteed dried minced onions and roasted garlic in the butter to give it the taste.

This was delicious! My 16 month old son will not eat any vegetables at all. Since the brocolli and cauliflower were "disguised" he couldn't get enough of it! My 4 year old told me it was delicious. Two thumbs up!

I brought this to a Thanksgiving luncheon and thought that it turned out really well. I gave this recipe 5 stars though I did change the original recipe based on reviews. These are the changes I made: I doubled the amt of rice, broccoli and cauliflower. I left out the onions and celery (my preference), and I used block cheddar cheese chopped up. I added garlic to the butter when I sauteed the broccoli and cauliflower. Well, it looks like I changed the recipe completely - however I give it 5 stars because the base recipe was strong enough to with stand my changes and still be great! Thank you for a yummy recipe - I'll be serving for many holidays to come!

I fixed this dish intending for it to be a side dish, but my husband said he didn't want anything else with it, so it was the entire meal! Plus, he ate over half of the pan by himself. So, I will be fixing it again. The only change I made was to use frozen broccoli and cauliflower, which helped cut down on prep time. It was a little too cheesy in places, but I think it would help to cut the cheese into smaller pieces next time. Yum!!!
