I made these today for Christmas dinner, and they were a HUGE HIT! Everyone loved the tomatoes, and they looked so pretty and festive. The tomatoes, bread crumbs, and butter, were a perfect compliment to the broccoli. It was delicious. This might just become a staple to our Christmas dinners!
