INGREDIENTS
1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; stir to coat. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until heated through.

I liked this and might make it again. I had to use green olives stuffed with pimientos instead of pimientos, which gave it a strange (but good) taste. It was a little soupy and had to be eaten with a spoon. Also, the broccoli didn't get cooked too well, so if you like your broccoli mushy, you should leave it in the oven longer.
