Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; stir to coat. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until heated through.
