WOW this was really good!! the broth really makes this dish. I would suggest using a cup of the chicken broth... I made extra of the broccoli mixture not only stuffed the chicken I added to on top... This is a keeper...

this is a great recipe!! i did not have some of the spices, so i actually used some taco seasoning and it turned out delicious!! i also had ALOT of extra broccoli chopped up, so i just added them into the juices after about 20 minutes of it cooking, then covered it... 10 minutes later i took off the foil and added some shredded cheddar cheese to the top of the chicken and in the brothy-broccoli then let it cook untill the cheese melted.. it was awesome.

I got these really thick breasts that I butterflied and then flattened. Unfortunately I did it a little too thin so the chicken tore a little when I put the toothpicks in and the cheese and broccoli mixture melted out during baking-- BUT it was sooo tasty! Instead of using chicken broth I used cream of broccoli soup. It was really rich and my boyfriend liked it. I served mine with mashed potatoes. They are even better reheated! The curry flavor makes a great twist.

I didn't have poultry seasoning so I used some season all instead but overall I thought this was pretty bland and definitely wouldn't make again.

The flavor is fine, but not worth the effort of flattening ckn. My breasts shredded & split. Maybe there's a trick the author should have mentioned...

really great recipe!!!! i made 4 servings. i suggest putting the broccoli into a food processor to chop it super fine. when mixed with cheddar cheese and stuffed into the chicken, it was quite delicious! the spice combination was a little strange with the curry. the curry gave it a nice flavor, but i would suggest halving the curry powder. otherwise a hit! will definitely make this again!!!!
