This is a great recipe as is, but I want my veggies to be as wholesome as possbile, so I substituted the fats with vegan mayo, soy cheese and bacon bits. I also added craisins and pumpkin seeds. There was no substantial change in taste only in fat content. My husband loves this and he asks that I make it almost weekly, so its important that I decrease the fat. It truly compliments almost everything!
