Very good and fast side dish! We all enjoyed this one! Made this with a broiled chicken dish also found on this site and dinner took me a total of 20 minutes...one in the oven and one in the microwave! Didn't change a thing! Thanks T.O.H!!

My family loved the recipe and it was polished off in no time. I would definitely make it again. I used Velvetta instead of the jarred cheese, but i don't think that altered the flavor. Thanks for the recipe.

Goodness! Even better for lunch the next day. It was very delicious. Instead of processed cheese spread, we used nacho cheese sauce and it was fantastic.

I'm not much for microwave cooking so I cooked this on the stove and then put it in the oven to brown the onions on top. It was very good. Thanks.

This side dish was awesome and so easy. I used the low fat cr. of chick soup, no onions or celery, fresh broccoli that I steamed and then I used a mix of shredded cheddar and mozz. cheese. Loved the topping of the french fried onions and the fact that it was done so quick in the microwave. I will make this again!

This was delicious. The only change I made was I substituted 3 slices of American cheese instead of the cheese spread only because I didn't have it on hand. It worked out fine. I added a little more milk. This is a keeper. The next night I added some leftover chopped chicken and heated it up and had a toss salad. YUMMM

We liked this recipe. I steamed the broccoli and added grilled red peppers for a little color.

This was very easy. I used a cup of cheddar/jack instead of recommended cheese. It turned out fine. Like the onions on top.

I thought it had way too strong of a rice taste. I used brown rice, which is all my mother had on hand, so maybe that's why. I'll try again w/white rice sometime and see if it's better.
