Very flavorful! The nutmeg adds wonderfully to this recipe, and the crust is really interesting.

The potato crust very tasty and healthy alternative to pastry. I didn't cook my crust for long enough so it was still quite soft. I would suggest 45 minutes. You can use any filling you like. I used sausages, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, ham and cheese. It was not a quick meal though as I had to cook all the ingredients first. But well worth the wait.
