It was edible, but not delicious. The kids liked it though. I was looking for a recipe for quiche the size of muffins for the kids, but I got more a muffin that tasted like quiche. If you want quiche this isn't really at all like quiche. If you added a lot more egg it may have seemed more like quiche. I added another egg and a little milk to make the batter a little thinner to appear more like quiche, but it still needed more. I traded parmesan for swiss. I would recommend adding more salt and add pepper.
