I used about 3 c. of whole-grain pasta, because that's what I had on hand, but followed the recipe otherwise. As it turned out, I think the whole-grain flavor was a nice addition to the dish; and fewer noodles allowed the flavors of the broccoli and mushrooms to shine. This dish was a wonderful addition to our dinner, and I will definitely make it again!

I like my vegetables steamed so when I add the broccoli I also add a little water and cover the pan with a lid. This recipe is such a great way to enjoy broccoli without all the fatty dips!

So simple yet delicious! I used regular spaghetti noodles and added soy sauce. I recommend it!

Not a lot of flavor. Bland and needed some richness.

Not a bad base receipe, however, I did make a few alterations, as many ppl said it was bland. I added a few diced sundried tomatoes, diced organge pepper (I did not have any mushrooms on hand) As it was sauteeing I used a few spoonfuls of the pasta water to keep the broccoli from burning. At the end I also added about 1/2 cup of parmasean and a few tablespoons of sour cream, to make it creamier and not as dry. It still needed a bit of a kick so I added a few sprinkles of paprika. We all enjoyed it. I will play around with it a bit more, maybe try the soy sauce as some recommended. Overall, good base receipe, just need to add your own personal 'kick' to it. thanks for sharing!

Made some steaks to go with it and it complemented them well. I did add an extra clove of garlic and some soy sauce. We loved it and will make it again.

This side dish was very good and went well the main dish I made too. We enjoyed it for lunch during the week. I plan to make this recipe again.

I have to agree with other reviewers. There was just something missing. My boyfriend and I ate this and agreed we would not eat it again. Maybe it's just not to our taste. Thanks for sharing anyway!
