This was very good! But I am very sensitive to garlic, so next time I will use only a fraction of the garlic called for.

Hey, great quick healthy lowfat recipe for lunch. Essential tip: After cooking the broccoli and mushrooms in oil for a 1-2 minutes, add 30ml soy sauce and 30ml water to help the broccoli to cook and to stop it burning. I also added a handful of cashews, and added a dash rice wine vinegar when serving. Thanks for your recipe (:

This is a great side dish. My family really enjoyed it. Of course I made a few small changes like adding soy sauce, garlic and such it add more flavor. I will be fixing this on a regular basis! Thanks!

My family loved this dish! I followed other suggestions and added crushed red peppers and topped with parmesan cheese. It took longer to cook than I expected (I'll chop the broccoli smaller next time), but it was worth the wait!

This is not the dish to use if you are looking for something with a lot of flavor. I made it as a side dish with curry chicken which is very flavorful. The two went together nicely. Not sure if I will use this again.

I did a lot of garlic and the parmesan cheese like other people. This recipe definitely needs something in addition to what's listed.

This would be really good with pieces of chicken. I took the advice of the parm cheese and it's really optional and good either way. I will definitely make this in my rotation of sides.

I thought this might be a nice side to the the lemon pepper chicken I made.. well... I had to add cracked red pepper, parmesan and all kinds of other stuff to this recipe to like it...good base but needs way more flavor

4.5 stars! Very tasty and easy to make. I did what others suggested and sprinkled with parm cheese. I also added a little crushed red pepper for a little extra kick. Will be putting this in my regular rotation. Thanks for the recipe!

this was really quick and easy! a tad bit bland though so i added a little splash of paul newmans light balsamic vinaigrette and alittle parmesean cheese at the very end of cooking and just tossed it all together my 4 year old loves it i will defintely make again thanks for sharing
