Wonderfully delicious!!! I bought thin sliced off the bone ham and I really don't think I would use any other kind of ham. I used bought bread crumbs and thought it seemed way to dry to add the full cup, so I added only 1/2 cup. They ended up a bit runny after heating through, so the next time I would use all the bread crumbs even though it seems extremely dry. I served them w/ "mashed potatoes w/ a kick" from the Nov/Oct '08 Simple and Delicious. It's basically regular mashed potatoes w/ horseradish.....about 2 T. prepared horseradish per 3 lb. of potatoes cooked and mashed w/ 1 c. cream,1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp pepper and 1/4 cup butter. Awesome!!!
