The sauce got rave reviews. It's amazing how a few changes can do that to a can of cream of mushroom soup.

This was a great basic recipe to work with. I used fat free cream of mushroom and seasoned the chicken with seasoning salt and garlic.

I made it without the broccoli, and I sauted fresh garlic for about a minute before I stirred in the chicken to saute. I was amazed at how easy, fast, and tasty it was. It didn't seem like a typical cream soup recipe.

Great recipe! I did modify it a bit. We didn't have any milk since my husband finished it before I got home. So I used 1/2 cup of sour cream and it turned out great. You might want to use some milk if you like a thinner sauce but we like our sauce thick. I also used Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic instead of plain and sprinkled some italian seasoning on the chicken while sauteing it. My husband has requested this as a weekly meal!

Effortless and enjoyable. I had roasted garlic cream of mushroom, not the plain kind, and it had a great flavor. I'll be making it again. I also liked it because it's a lot healthier then a regular alfredo sauce. Feeding my family flavorful non fatty foods is something I try to do, but we like flavor more than healthy. This wouldn't be on my mother-in-laws diet, (she'd take out everything but the chicken and broc)but it'll do just fine in our home.

I cooked this tonight and it was not good. It was edible but it tasted like soup with chicken, pasta and broccoli like a previous review stated. I should have listened to them. I will not make this again. I am used to eating meals with more taste and seasoning.

VERY GOOD I ADDED EXTRA BROCCOLI AND DIDN'T ADD ALL THE PARMESAN CHEESE. I THINK IT MIGHT BE A OPTION TO ADD CREAM OF CHICKEN AND CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP.

This is a staple in my house. With a picky five and six year old, it's great to find something that I don't have to threaten them to eat.

Blecch! This recipe would taste better if it used a cream base rather than a cream-of-mushroom base. Although it tastes OK when made, as leftovers it keeps poorly and ends up smelling bad. This dish is bland and the mushroom flavor does it more harm than good.

This recipe was very tasty! I made a couple of substitutions depending on what was in my pantry -- rotini pasta instead of fettuccini, cream of chicken instead of cream of mushroom and I added some garlic and about a half cup more milk. What I really like about this is that there can be many variations and it's quick, easy, and leftovers taste just as good the next day!

This is a super good and quick dinner! I have been making it for a few years, but I lighten it up a bit. I use chicken tenders, lowfat milk, 98% fat free cream of mush, cooking spray in place of butter, and add 2 tbls of light sour cream for extra texture. I usually end up with an extra sprinkle or 2 of the parm, as well. My kids are soooo picky, and they come back for 2nds!!!

I was kind of dissapointed. It tasted like cream of mushroom soup with noodles mixed in it. it wasnt "alfredoy" enough. It was eddible and we ate it, but i wasnt pleased.

Great quick recipe...was looking for a side dish to use up some fresh broccoli. Made a couple of substitutions...used whole wheat linguini and ommitted the chicken...also threw in a can of mushrooms and about a teaspoon of fresh garlic butter leftover from the night before...absolutely delicious and a big hit with the family!! Will definately make this again!

Good stuff! I added about 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and some salt and pepper to taste while I was sauteeing the chicken. My 1 and 2 year olds gobbled this down, as did my picky husband.
