This was really good and very easy to prepare. I used chicken thighs because that was what I had. Both hubby and daughter enjoyed it enough to have second and third helpings. Thanks!

I need something fast and easy. I just made this for our friends and their grandchildren (who are very picky eaters!) They all loved it...even the little one who normally won't eat chicken. I made a serving for 12. Used frozen broccoli, precooked, drained and used paper towels to absorb excess water. Used Tyson precooked chicken. Didn't have cream of broccoli soup so I substituted a can each of Healthy Request cheddar and cream of chicken soup. Added 1/2 cup low fat sour cream per another reviewer. Children made "all gone" and so did the adults. REALLY SIMPLE TO MAKE!

I thought this was awesome but did make several additions which I found crucial. Along with 2 salted & peppered chicken breasts, I sauteed a diced white onion & 3 minced garlic cloves in olive oil (saute the chicken whole & slice when done to retain flavor/moistness). I quickly boiled 1 bag of frozen broccoli florets (just as good as fresh if cooking anyway), & used 1 can of cream of chicken soup plus 1 can of cream of asparagus soup (I happened to have this on-hand). To the sauce, I added both white pepper & garlic powder. I doubled the cheese, & also used Italian bread crumbs rather than plain. Serve over rice.

Great recipe! I cooked according to recipe but I would change some things next time. I would substitute the milk with sour cream. It turned out kind-of watery. I froze half and just cooked other half and it turned out great.

A good and quick mid-week dinner choice. I did some minor tweaking of course. Per others' suggestions I added a 1/2 cup of sour cream. I cheated and used Perdue shortcuts for the chicken which was a real time saver. I did use reduced fat cream of chicken soup in place of the cream of brocolli because I think it is less pungent, and I substituted crumbled ritz crackers for the bread crumbs - this was a nice change. served it all over white rice and the whole family (kids included) enjoyed.

I butterflied a chicken breast and fried it in peanut oil. I used mozzerella cheese, and plain bread crumbs. I didn't like the cream of broccoli soup. If I make this again, I'll use another type of cream soup.

This was extremely tasty. I used boneless chicken thighs and baked them seasoned well with pepper, seasoned salt, onion powder, and garlic salt. I used cream of mushroom soup instead and added 1/2 cup of sour cream to my mixture. Delicious! I will double up on this recipe next time.

MMMmmm. I could have this for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I added more cheese, and a dash of garlic powder. Instead of the broccoli soup I used cream of mushroom. The fresh broccoli really made it. Enjoy.

Very good! I did make some changes -- When I cooked the chicken, I cooked it with 1 medium onion and garlic powder. I doubled the sauce, so used 1 can of cream of chx soup and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (both healthy request) and 2/3 cup of skim milk. I also doubled the cheese and added 1/2 cup to the sauce. Also to the sauce I added a splash of lemon juice and some fresh Parmesan cheese. Instead of bread crumbs, I used 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs. I cooked it in a 9x13 pan for 15 minutes at 450 and then 10 minutes at 350. Served with rice. Yummy!!!!

I followed the recipe and used left over roasted chicken from the store. Soooo good and easy to make. I may add some seasoning to the soup/milk mixture next time, but it still was good without it. I made my kids eat it, but my husband and I loved it.

I like this recipe. I've made it a couple of times now, and I prefer it using cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom. I also add more breadcrumbs on top. It is easy to make and very filling.

Not difficult to make, and looks quite pretty when done. My husband and daughter both liked it, although my daughte said she would like it to be saucier. An easy meal when served with rice and a spinach, orange and strawnerry salad. Thanks.

I used frozen chopped broccoli (I didn't have fresh), used 1 cup cheese and omitted the bread crumbs on top. I also used some sour cream and less milk. When I cooked my chicken I added some seasonings (fresh garlic & season salt). Super tasty! Will make again!
