Really tasty recipe! I made a couple of changes: First, I cooked the chicken most of the way in a pan, just so the centers were still a little pink. It was still a tiny bit on the dry side after baking, so I'm glad I didn't cook it thoroughly beforehand. I also used fresh broccoli, which I steamed lightly for just a few minutes beforehand and found it to be very yummy. I messed up and only bought 1 can of cream of chicken soup so I added a can of cream of broccoli (still really good, but next time I think I'll use cream of celery as someone suggested), and added a crushed cube of chicken boullion for extra flavor. YUM! I also doubled the curry as some of the previous reviewers said, and I mixed all of the ingredients together rather than layering. I also mixed 1 cup of the cheese in with the rest of the ingredients, and sprinkled about 1 and 1/2 cups of cheese on top. I served it over white rice and it was awesome! This is definitely going into my repertoire.
