I've made this twice and it's super yummy! I use grilled chicken and homemade cream of chicken condensed soup mix and I also mix the soup, broccoli, chicken and cheese together than top with stuffing.

Definitely a keeper! I have found that with any casserole calling for a can of Cream of Mushroom soup, I replace approximately half of the can with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream... it just adds something different... a little more tang and richness. This recipe definitely benefits from the added ingredients.

This was delicious. I followed the suggestion of 1 can cream of mushroom soup and one can of cream of chicken soup along with the french's dried onions. We loved it and can't wait to make it again.

This was a really great casserole! It was light and healthy, much better way to eat broccoli than just plain 'ol broccoli and cheese!

I made this last week and I couldn't stop saying, "Mmmm!" I followed others suggestions as well adding a can of cream of chicken, about 1/2 cup of milk and another cup of stuffing, more cheese, and some garlic powder. I really love Stove Top so that's why I used more. Tip: Get the new Steamers that are out by Green Giant I believe...took out the whole step of steaming the broccoli...just threw it in the microwave!

I'm sorry but we just didn't like this at all. I LOVE broccoli, but there was just something about this casserole that I didn't really like. My husband didn't like the topping, and my kids (2 out of 3) wouldn't even touch it.

This is why we all have cupboards! Great recipe that is very forgiving and allows you to use whatever you have on hand for a very quick, easy dinner. I made adjustments out of neccesity: I used 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of milk & 1/2 cup sour cream (I omitted the mayo as well) 1 cup frozen mushrooms, 1/2 frozen peas, 1/2 cup diced carrots, 2 tbsps chopped garlic, 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning, 1 tsp onion pwdr, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and topped it all w/1 cup crushed Ritz crackers. On advice from other reviewers, I also mixed everything together and topped w/the crackers. It came out very good and was well recieved by my picky 2 yr old! Thanks for sharing!

I made this recipe tonight for dinner it was great. I tweaked it just a bit. I took some of the others users advice by using one can of cream of mushroom and one can of cream of chicken. I mixed 1 cup of cheese in the soup mixture with 1/2 cup of milk. I baked the chicken instead boiling it. I seasoned it with course ground pepper, sea salt, and McCormicks Chicken seasoning. Instead of crackers, stuffing, or croutons to top the casserole I used French Fried Onions by Frenches. It was divine. Because the chicken was seasoned while cooking I didn't need to add salt or pepper to the end result. Try it with the French Fried Onions it really makes a difference in flavor.

I agree that this was a little dry. Next time I'll add a little milk to the soup mixture. I seasoned with onion powder, seasoned salt and pepper before cheese topping. Also used bread crumbs and butter instead of stuffing. Husband loved it, I thought it was okay, kids didn't like it. Thanks for sharing!

This was tasty. To speed up the dish I used cooked frozen broccoli and it didn't taste as good as the fresh would I'm sure. I'll make it again, but with fresh broccoli.

This is a family favorite, however mine is altered. I use a can of cream/mush and a can of cream/chicken. Before I layer it into the casserole I mix the two soups with a cup of chicken broth. I actually cook the stuffing first and let it cool, then crumble it on top and bake for 30 minutes. It is one of the few dishes my whole family can agree on.

A sensational hit at our house. I took others' suggestions and used an extra can of cream of chicken soup, I cooked the chicken on the stove and added two cloves of garlic, 1 tsp each of garlic salt, onion powder, minced dried onion, and italian seasonings. I also subbed the mayo for milk. I cooked the stuffing ahead of time and I stirred everything together saving half of the stuffing to sprinkle on top. If I were to change anything next time, I would use a second box of stove top stuffing. One inside the casserole and the second to top it off. Adding this to my meal rotation!

Very, Very good. I took another's advice: cooked the chicken in my crockpot to make it nice and tender. Added 3/4 can milk to the 2 cans of soup also. The rest I did just as posted in the recipe. It was very easy and super delish. I'll definitely keep this one handy!
