Loved it! Very Easy! I used some of the spices suggested and since i boiled my chicken and didn't fry it with the paprika, i just added it and it added a nice flavor. i also mixed in cornflakes throughout the dish and then put more bread crumbs on the top! I served it over noodles and all 5 of us loved it!

I made it regarding the last comment with the 3/4 cup of milk, 2 cups of cheese, using bread crumbs, and adding a cream of chicken soup... while mixing it all together instead of layering. IT WAS FANTASTIC and my family LOVED it. I'm a newbie when it comes to cooking, so this was a hit and easy to do!

My husband and I loved this recipe! I used 3 large chicken breasts and it worked just as well. I also ended up using a whole bag of shredded cheese, because my husband loves it (1/2 bag in the mixture, 1/2 bag on top). I mixed everything together before putting it in the dish, as other reviewers suggested. The first time, I put just a few french friend onions on top along with breadcrumbs, and it was delicious. The second time, I completely covered the top with the french fried onions and it was just too much. I won't put as many next time. Anyway, great recipe! We'll make it again, for sure!

Loved this, although I do substitute a little as others do. I only had canned chicken breasts and used that (2 cans), which I only use in soups or casseroles. The canned pieces flake apart like canned tuna, so I stir eveything together in a bowl and then put it in the baking dish. I also did not have the stuffing mix so I used a sleeve of butter crackers with a little melted butter drizzled on top. Great comfort food! Thanks for a great recipe!

this was a big hit with the family. I used the mixed veggies for something different. Instead of mayo, I used 3/4 cup of milk like some others. I don't like stuffing so I did the cornflakes and the bread crumbs on top. My family loved it.

I only rated this 3 stars since I had to change it so much, but the end product was delicious! I used a combo of tips from the other reviews. We like crisper, dryer cassaroles. -Cook the box of stuffing and set aside about a cup for the topping. -I used about a 3/4 can of mushrom soup and 3/4 container of sour cream. No mayo or milk. -Sauteed broccoli and fresh mushrooms for a few minutes. Cooked chiken in frying pan with olive oil. -Mix all ingredients adding cheese. Top with more cheese and the rest of the stuffing and cook till heated through. My husband loved it and he usually doesn't like my cooking. :-p

I cooked the stuffing and mixed all the ingredients together rather than layering. I omitted the mayonaise and used 2 cans of low fat condensed soups. The broccoli adds a lot of nutrient value, and this made for a good dish.

I normally only post comments when I really like a dish. However, I was sadly disappointed with this one. I thought the kids would love it which is why I made it but neither one of them would touch it and we wound up ordering pizza and the casserole was thrown out. I'm sorry; just not our thing I guess.

I found this to be a very good recipe although like others I did add my own take on it. I preferred baking the chicken breasts in the oven for 30 minutes rather than boiling the chicken for starters. Secondly, I would add more cheese to the recipe and not use the dry stuffing on top. I found it to be much too dry. Perhaps if it was mixed with extra cheese this would make the topping less dry and also more colorful in appearance. I also sauteed fresh mushrooms and chopped onion in olive oil and minced fresh garlic at the end. This added greatly to the flavor. A sprinkling of fresh parsley over the top just before serving added the finishing touch. For extra zip I think I will add French's fried onions to the topping next time!

Very very good! I, like most others, tweaked it a bit. I cooked salted & peppered chicken breasts on stovetop in olive oil & garlic, cubed when cooled. Cooked frozen broccoli & chicken stovetop stuffing (reserving one cup for topping). I mixed 1 can cream of chicken, 1 can cream of mushroom, 2/3 cup milk (instead of mayo), 1 minced garlic glove, 1/8 tsp italian seasoning, chicken, stuffing, broccoli & 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese all together in a large bowl. Poured it into baking dish and sprinkled another cup of cheese over top then the reserved (uncooked) stuffing & dotted w/ butter. Soo tastey!

I made this last night for myself and my husband. I read serveral reviews and used a lot of those suggests. I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom and milk instead of mayo. I made the stuffing and then mixed the chicken, broc, and soup mix together. Put the cheese on top of that and the stuffing on top of that, then breadcrumbs. It was really good! I'm new in the dinner cooking department (save speghetti and mac and cheese!) and my husband actually like it! We did decide that the next time we try this, we will mkae a couple changes. 2 boxes of stuffing for sure (I know someone already suggested that) and maybe a different kind of soup. The chicken was really strong. I would also add some garlic. A great start though! Thanks for this recipe.

The adults didn't really care for this. The taste was ok but nothing we'd want again. On the other hand, my two young boys loved it so maybe I'll make much smaller portions in the future for them.

This was very tasty and went over well with the hubby, however, next time I will make sure to mix the stuffing mix into the soup, instead of sprinkling it on top.
