This was better the next day than it was fresh. It was pretty bland.

Easy to prepare, but too thick and creamy for my husband and myself. I agree with others--eat leftovers next day, or toss.

Really Really good! My husband and I were both pleasantly surprised. The only change I made was to use cr of chicken and cr of mushroom soup. Also, milk instead of mayo. One word of caution, eat the leftovers in a day or toss (trust me). Thanks for a great recipe!

Great recipe. 4 stars only because my toddler didn't love it, but he's picky anyway. We prefer more veggies/less meat, so I used 2 chicken breasts from a precooked whole BBQ chicken from Costco (super cheap), took off the skin. Added 1 cup frozen veggies to go with the broccoli as well. Used other suggestions of no mayo, using 1 can cr of chicken + 1 can cr of mushroom, 3/4 cup milk. Also added 1 clove minced garlic. Mixed all together. Sprinkled cheese & Stove Top stuffing on top. Baked for 20 min (no raw meat in it). Turned out great! DH & myself loved it.

This is a great "base" recipe to add your own modifications, but that's the joy of cooking. You don't always have to follow a recipe to the tee. I did end up following the advice of others & adding a can of cream of chicken soup and replacing the mayo with 1/2 a can of milk. I also added 1/2 uncooked rice and just sprinkled the dry stuffing mix on top. Baked at 325 for 1 hr 15 min (to allow for the rice to cook).

This recipe was very good. We sauteed the chicken with onions and garlic before adding it to the dish and baking. Will remain a staple in our dinner calendar.

Rated 4 stars as I altered recipe a little based on others' suggestions. not a big fan of mayo, so i used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and milk. instead of boiling the chicken, i sauteed chicken tenders (that's what i had) on the stovetop, let cool, and then cut into chunks. if you season your chicken, i wouldn't add a whole lot of salt becuase with the soup and the stuffing, i thought the dish had enough salt. i also went ahead and prepared the stuffing, let it cool, and then sprinkled it on top. It was SOOOOO yummy! I think as the recipe is written, would still good, but i think the mayo would make it too rich for my taste. great simple recipe that takes little preparation. the hubby loved it as well!

This was good. I baked my seasoned chicken breasts and shredded it. I used all low fat products and we still enjoyed it but again nothing special.

Yum! I used cream of chicken (personal preference), mixed everything together, added stuffing mix on top and served over brown rice. My three year old loves this stuff!

This was just okay for me. I found the texture to be a little mushy for me and flavor was pretty obviously cream of mushroom soup.

Yummy, my family really enjoyed this recipe including three young eaters. So much better than typical chicken casseroles. I added 2 cups of stuffing instead of one and as others mentioned, I mixed the stuffing mixture with the chicken instead of layering.

A Great Recipe! As an amateur cook, I was worried it would come out a musy mess, but I went through all the reviews and I think I picked out the best tips: I boiled the chicken in chicken broth, Mixed 1 can of crm of mushroom and 1 can of crm of chicken and also 3/4 of a cup of milk instead of mayo. I mixed it all together with a cup of italian bread crumbs with 2tblsp of butter mixed into it instead of stuffing and also put 1 cup of cheese in there. I put the chicken in and mixed it all together. Once it was in the pan, I hand sprinkled more crumbs and more cheese on top until it was covered enough to look good to me. I served it over brown rice to be a little healthier and the sprinkled some paprika on top for color. It was sooo yummy and loved by everyone! Hope this helps.

This recipe was alright but nothing special. I used cream of broccoli instead since my husband hates cream of mushroom, and that seemed to work fine. Overall, it was just a little dry for me.

My family loved this as did I. I did not use 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup as suggested by other reviewers. Instead, I added 8 ounces of sourcream to the soup and mayo mixture. (don't do this unless you really like sour cream) But, 1 can of COM is definately not enough. Also, I used corn bread stuffing on top, cooked the broccoli in chicken broth, seasoned my chicken with garlic, old bay, and a little salt. SUPER!

I really loved this recipe and the reviews were very helpful. I pan fried the chicken with a little seasoning. I also used some other reviews suggestions and added a 2nd can of soup and used mild instead of mayo. It turned out terrific.
