I have made this several months in a row for an activity called Lunch Bunch that we have at work and I always get asked for the recipe!! I also double it and it still works perfectly.

The best homemade broccoli cheese soup I've had. Wonderful cheesy flavor without being too rich and very filling! I only used two cans of broth becasue that was all I had and I substituted cream for milk and ommitted the cornstartch to make a perfect all protein/no carbs meal. If you are on a low-carb diet it's a great recipe!
