Campbell's® Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
ground black pepper
1 1/4 pounds
potatoes, cooked and sliced 1/4-inch thick
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Easy and definitely a feel good food. I didn't have brocoli soup on hand so I used cream of mushroom and added in some shredded cheddar cheese until it had enough cheesy flavor. The cheese made it thicker so I also added more milk for a better consistency. Everyone, teenagers and all enjoyed it.
Not quite enough flavor, but not terrible, either.
Good Basic Recipe. I added lots of real cheese, and Broccoli Florets, and cocktail weenies! Made a great quick easy meal!!
