Kind of messy to make, but tasty nonetheless! The only problem is that the filling didn't call for salt, and I forgot to add some.

I made this recipe from a holiday magazine back in 1985. The only difference is form the bread roll into a half circle before cutting and twisting sections. It makes a beautiful fan. Try using pizza sauce (not to heavy), Italian sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella and provolone cheese. I have made it with other fillings and make this recipe quite often for holiday guests. Wonderful

Yum! Works well with fresh chopped spinach in place of the broccoli, and fresh onion, too. I didn't have any oregano, so I substituted Italian seasoning. There can be so many variations to a recipe like this. Thanks for the idea!
