This turned out amazing!! Some adjustments I made: I used regular Mustard and added Garlic to the onions; I cut the amount of broccoli to one cup, and added half a cup of minced Mushrooms and diced Ham; I used a mix of cheddar and Parmesan finely shredded cheeses. So good!

This recipe was a great way to use some broccoli I had. It was very easy to make! I added chicken and some parmesan cheese, as well as more spices (I'm all into flavor) and they were fantastic. My husband who was hesitant took the left-overs to work with him the next day :)

they turned out how they were supposed to. the crepes were good, but the filling tasted awful. I did not think the flavours in the sauce blended well at all. no thanks, move on!

My family really likes these, even my 3 yr. old daughter. I don't make my own crepes, I buy them pre-made at the store (in the produce section), which makes this dish super simple. I make the sauce according to the recipe, with an extra dash of worchestire or other seasoning (whatever I feel like at the moment). I use frozen broccoli and diced cooked chicken breasts. In a pinch, canned chicken would probably work well too. Sprinkle the top with paprika for a prettier presentation. Since making these, I keep store-bought crepes on hand as they usually last several weeks. There are so many fillings and sauces that one could use. Yummy and easy dish for lunch or dinner. I usually serve these with a great garden salad. So many possibilities!

i was headed to a potluck and had intended to dazzle everyone with my fancy cooking abilities - i doubled the recipe - but dang, i didn't have chopped broccoli, so when it came time to roll the filling into the crepes - aughhhh - (my bad - ended up good though) i browned up four chicken breasts (i almost always keep one of those big costco size bags of chicken breasts in the freezer)- i popped the frozen breasts in the microwave, thawed them, then cubed them, cooked them up in the wok and i then dumped the doubled broccoli mess into the wok, mixed in the rest of the cheese and then put it all in the oven for half an hour - all nice and bubbly and browned.... it was a hit at the potluck and everyone was asking for the recipe... it was so easy - i'm going to write it down and post it one of these days, but in the meantime this should help if you want.... oh yeah, since i skipping using the crepes i added a splash of vanilla and just ate them, *yummmmy*

Good but not great. I think they need a little more flavor - perhaps more worchestershire or more mustard (although I did use more mustard than was called for!) Also, this didn't make very much. I had planned it for a meal, but had to supplement with bread/butter and extra fruit because it wasn't enough food. In the future I'd probably 1/2 again or double it.

This was pretty tasty. Not amazing, but yummy anyhow. Could lend itself to lots of variations - the basic savory crepe recipe seems good too.

Next time I will make it a little more saucy. I added chopped chicken and served it with wilted spinach. Great meal to clean out the fridge too!

These were pretty good, but a tad bland unless extra worcestershire etc is added. Well worth eating again.

This recipe was wonderful. The best part of it is that you don't have to use broccoli. Instead, I used spinach. I made this for my parents when they came and they as long as the rest of my family, fell in love with it.

These were pretty good and really easy. I'm not a good crepe-maker, so they were too thick and there weren't enough crepes to finish off the filling. I saved it and te next night reheated it with a little half and half and served it over chicken and rice. GREAT use of a leftover!
