i was headed to a potluck and had intended to dazzle everyone with my fancy cooking abilities - i doubled the recipe - but dang, i didn't have chopped broccoli, so when it came time to roll the filling into the crepes - aughhhh - (my bad - ended up good though) i browned up four chicken breasts (i almost always keep one of those big costco size bags of chicken breasts in the freezer)- i popped the frozen breasts in the microwave, thawed them, then cubed them, cooked them up in the wok and i then dumped the doubled broccoli mess into the wok, mixed in the rest of the cheese and then put it all in the oven for half an hour - all nice and bubbly and browned.... it was a hit at the potluck and everyone was asking for the recipe... it was so easy - i'm going to write it down and post it one of these days, but in the meantime this should help if you want....
oh yeah, since i skipping using the crepes i added a splash of vanilla and just ate them, *yummmmy*
