This is awesome! I have made it twice thus far. 1st time did by the recipe; 2nd time I used Original Almondmilk instead, ommitted most of the butter & used a mixture of pepperjack & mozzarrella since that was what I had on hand. The 2nd time (although it sounds funky) was AWESOME. The 1st version is also GREAT, but I do think that the swiss is a little bland for me.
