My husband and I really enjoyed this side dish. My changes: I reduced the mayo to 1/2 c (calories!), I used 1 package of frozen chopped broccoli and 1 package of broccoli florets, and again due to calories, I left off the cracker & butter topping. To be honest, if I was serving this for company I would probably use the cracker topping I missed that. But I would still keep the mayo at a 1/2 cup, you did not even notice the reduction.
