This is a hit at our house. Even picky son will eat it. We get the yakisoba noodles at Costco so we can make this anytime we want.

This a pretty good recipe and it's easy to do, I highly recommend using soba noddles instead of spaghetti though!!!

I gave this one 2 stars, my husband 4, so I compromised. While I thought it tasted (just) OK, and it WAS relatively easy to prepare, I thought the recipe needed some work. Didn't like the ground beef (maybe sliced beef would help?). My husband will have to request this one by name to get me to make it for him again.

I thought I had all the ingredients as I started, but found I didn't, so I made some changes. I used green onion instead of normal onion; did not use black bean and garlic sauce; used canola oil where it called for salad oil; and used rice pasta. It was very interesting - my toddler and preschooler even ate it, which really surprised me! It was a bit bland but probably due to the fact that I didn't have the sauce to use, and did not put in enough soya sauce initially. I'd definitely make it again, but probably only once/month as I think we'd tire of it quickly more often.
