This dish was okay. My son said it tasted "just like vegetables". I didn't have pimentoes, so I chopped a fesh tomato on top of the beans for the red color. Although I drained the broccoli and canned beans well, there was a watery bottom to this dish after it was fully baked. This dish was just not lively enough for my taste. I'm curious as to how others here will like it.
