This is the best broccoli dish I have ever tasted. Of course, I discovered I was out of cream of mushroom soup and the French's onions, so I substituted cream of chicken soup and used crushed croutons instead. I took the advice of one of the reviews and just combined the eggs and sauce and just poured it over the broccoli and topped with the croutons. I ran the eggs through a chopper also. Next time I'm going to definately double the dish. Everybody keeps asking for more!

Which onions are topped at the end? The can of French Fried Onions? I've never even heard of that. If anyone knows, please let me know. I'm the worst at this stuff. LOL!

Definitely an awesome change of pace from the normal green bean casserole. Looooooved the eggs in it as others have mentioned and found it hard to spread the sauce in layers - it's very thick and there's not that much of it. Might mix it all completely together as others have done. It was so much work otherwise.

This recipe was delicious! I didn't use the eggs, and I substituted Dijon mustard for the dry mustard. I also used low fat soups and cheese to make it a little more healthy.

I made this last night & was very impressed!! I didn't have any eggs (when does that ever happen!?!), so I had to do without. I also used 2 16oz bags of broccoli, which ended up being a bit too much (not enough soup mixture for all the broccoli). Next time I will make sure I have eggs & use less broccoli... but I really enjoyed it!!

I usually make double batches of vegetables but didn't know if anyone would really like this. Gone in one setting and everyone wanted more...sooo good! The only thing I did different was I didn't layer just mixed everything together and didn't use eggs. Also added alittle more cheese on top with the fried onions...will make this again and again:)

This was a nice change from the traditional broccoli casserole. However, I like other recipes better. I love eggs but the combination of egg & broccoli seemed to be a bit too much in this case.

and I quote my brother the day after Thanksgiving "Where's that leftover broccoli stuff?!" THERE WAS NONE. I've made this several times and never had a turned up nose or a complaint. Yummy!
