A good way to make carrots, not too sweet like some other recipes.

I don't get it. I followed the recipe exactly. I cooked the carrots for over 1/2 hour and they STILL weren't done completely! The flavor was fine, but the outside of the carrots were tough, while the middles of them were sorta done. This was my first attempt at cooking baby carrots with dinner (as I LOVE the carrots at Cracker Barrel), so I'm confused as to why they cooked this way. I'm going to assume I did something wrong and just try a different recipe.

These were alright. But nothing fantastic. I might make them again.

An easy way to jazz up dull little supermarket carrots or invigorate those that have gotten a little dreary looking in the crisper.

These were really good, but next time I will steam them first and then saute them in the water, honey, and apple juice for a few minutes so that they don't get over cooked. And I'll probably add a little more honey :)

I brought these to my daughters class Thanksgiving feast and they were a flop.I added a 1/4 of brown sugar and cinnamon. The kids hated it. I'm glad I also brought cheesy broccoli which suprisingly they gobbled up.

I love this recipe. Cooking carrots in apple juice. How cool! I add spices to my carrots: ginger, cinnamon and a little nutmeg. Wonderful.

So easy, so yummy that both my husband and 2yr old asked for seconds and thirds. Even I, who hates cooked carrots thought these were delicious! Baby carrots will be a staple in our house!!!
