This was great! We don't cook a lot but this was really easy and it tasted great! We finished the crust before adding the toppings and then turned down the temp. so that the cheese would melt but the crust wouldn't get any darker - it made for a nice and crispy crust. We also didnt have a pizza pan but a cookie sheet worked just as well. We'll definitely be making this again and again.

The flavors were good, you cant go wrong with Brie. It wasnt a huge hit though. I too used raspberry preserves. I made it on a pizza stone and the inner part of the crust was pretty mushy. Next time, I will do it on a pizza pan with the vented holes.

Really Rich. You need the 5 mins standing time so the melted cheese doesn't run off, and to cool a bit.

This is a keeper. I put the cresent rolls in the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Sprinkled the cut up brie on top - then dolloped the cranberry sauce on the brie. I only used about half the can of cranberries. Once it was done baking I smeared the cranberry and brie together. Turned out great and was not runny at all - not sure what people are doing to make it runny - maybe too much cranberry sauce?

I made this pizza as a Christmas Day appetizer and our family loved it. The only thing I changed was I used refrigerator pizza dough rather than crescent rolls. I baked at 450 and found that I needed to lower the temperature and increase the time. Try it...I don't really care for Brie and I really enjoyed this pizza. The tart/sweet of the cranberry sauce blens nicely with the tangy/creaminess of the Brie.

Boy, I wish I'd used crescent rolls instead of a pie dough, it was just too thin. This is such a yummy recipe! I bought raspberry jam, spread it on the dough (after baking dough for 5 or so minutes), then dropped the brie on, then thinly sliced fuji apples, then a little mozzarella. Be sure if you use jam not to use too much, it masks the taste of the brie. Excellent, soooo yummy! Thanks for the recipe!

Really lovely appetizer. There were several people who balked at trying this, but once they did, they loved it. It was simple to prepare and the pecans really make it special.

This got raves at our wine and cheese party. I used the reduced fat crescent rolls (I know, I know. What's the point when you're then adding a half pound of brie...but it did reduce the trans fats at least!) I also used raspberry chipotle preserves- mmmmm! Sweet and spicy deliciousness!

This was delicious. I made about half the recipe and put it in an 8x8 glass baking dish. I am glad I did, the raspberry jelly was very runny. Aside from the somewhat ugly look of it, it was very good and will make it again. I may rub the crust with some garlic before adding the jelly and cheese. I also used low fat crescent rolls.

I had to review this recipe. I've had it in my recipe book forever and I finally made it for bridal shower. I read some of the reviews and I think some people are not making this quite right. First I took the idea from the recipe to make it in a 9/13 inch pan. The refridgerator crescent rolls fit perfectly into the bottom of the pan. I cut the brie into little pieces and sprinkled it over the crust. Then I stirred up the cranberry sauce and dropped it in little dollops. I only used the 3/4 of a cup that was called for which is about 1/2 the can. Then topped with the pecans. It seems like other people smeared the jam all across it as you would pizza sauce. This really isn't like a pizza. It's little bar like appetizers. They are wonderful. Don't overdo the toppings. It was the first thing to be completely eaten at the shower. I will definitely be making it again. The picture posted is nothing like what I made. It looks like they used pizza crust. Mine was visually appealing and tasty. I think the people who complained about it running overloaded the pizza with too much jam.

They were tasty but not incredible, thus the 3 stars. I used puff pastry sheets, whole berry cranberry sauce and double the amount of cheese.
