Fantastic! I was looking for a recipe for sweet potatoes that didn't add sugar, or marshmallows. This was absolutely delicious, the whole family loved it. The curry is just enough. It was a perfect side dish to a roasted pork loin. Mmmm. By the way, I made the recipe as stated with no substitutions or alterations(except for the brand name-sorry-it's not even available in my area).

My husband hates sweet potatoes. We get our veggies farm direct and they came with our order, so I didn't have a choice but to make them and he agreed to try what I made. I was VERY VERY happy with how these turned out. No butter we used light sour cream and a indian curry mix when frying up the onions. My husband loved them and even took seconds. This is the 1st review I have ever written up for ANYTHING. I really just wanted to say thank you! Healthy and the best sweet potatoes I have ever had - I will be making these again!!

I hate to leave this review and go against what others thought of the recipe but, I made this exactly as directed and it was bland and tasteless. I then added the cumin and cinnamon as others suggested and this helped, but, in the end, I added a half stick of butter and about a third cup of brown sugar to make it edible. I would not make this again.

Wow,,,,,this was really good. I substituted plain yogurt instead of the sour cream and used garam masala instead of curry powder, but it turned out great. Will definitely make again and try the sour cream next time, although the yogurt worked great in a pinch.

I made this as a side dish for one of my favorite meals, and it complemented it perfectly! I eyeballed the curry powder (and added more than called for) then added some cinnamon and cumin as well.

After making this I was shocked that no one had reviewed it yet! It is DELICIOUS exactly as written and incredibly easy. The curry is subtle enough for my 8 year old, yet interesting. I will make extra next time.
