condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups
BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat Sour Cream
1 (32 ounce) package
frozen Southern-style hash browns, thawed

KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
RITZ Crackers, crushed
This was so delicious. I made it for a potluck dinner and it was the only pan that was totally empty before the night was over. It has been requested for Easter. Go figure.
I found this recipe to be very bland mushy.
This is a great side dish especially along side of some honey spiraled ham for Christmas and Easter. My mom and I prefer substituting the crackers with crushed wavey potato chips. Might sound tacky but this makes a very tasty and crunchy topping which turns a nice golden brown when done.
This was really a great recipe. I thought it could have used a little bit of milk to make it a little creamier and I added green onions. Very yummy!
Perfect for entertaining....make in the oven and transfer to a crockpot to keep warm...no need for cracker topping but do suggest adding a bit of onion for more flavor prior to cooking.
This is easy and delicious. I usually don't substitute the first time I try the recipe, but I didn't have any Ritz crackers. I did, however, have a can of French's french fried onions left over from Thanksgiving.. Oh my heck! This was fantastic... I don't know how it would be with the Ritz but I imagine it would still be outstanding.
This is my grandma's recipe...and my aunt's recipe. Everyone claimed this recipe as their own. We always saute an onion in a stick of butter and mix it with the potato mixture and crumble potato chips on the top instead of Ritz. A holiday favorite!
excellent!!! I used fresh potatoes sliced instead of shredded...It was delicious but it had to cook forever. I had to add some water to help the potatoes cook quicker.
