I didn't have ham and I used butter instead of oil for the potatoes. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to keep stirring once I'd added the eggs or let it set. I ended up letting it set but think it'll be much better if I had kept stirring which I'll try next time. Not perfect but a good recipe helped me provide a last minute non-cereal breakfast! Thank you.
